Boxing Fitness
Gill’s boxing fitness classes are fun, varied and are perfect if you’re looking for a new challenge. Boxing is a popular and fun sport and gives you a total body workout and helps build your core strength quickly. You will burn calories and build muscle without even realising. Classes run in Wilmslow and Knutsford during term time and you can either book for a block or pay as you go.
- Thursday 6pm – Scout Hut, Moorside, Knutsford
- Friday 9.15am – Lindow Tennis Club, Wilmslow

Core Strength & Conditioning
The sessions are aimed at targeting the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen, working on strength, tone and balance.
One of the most important things you can do for your body is to strengthen it’s core. The core muscles support the rest of your body, and having a strong centre can help minimise lower back pain, improve your performance in any sport and enhance your overall well-being.
