Gill’s boxing fitness classes are fun, varied and are perfect if you’re looking for a new challenge. Boxing is a popular and fun sport and gives you a total body workout and helps build your core strength quickly. You will burn calories and build muscle without even realising. Classes run in Wilmslow during term time and you can either book for a block (£7.50 a session) or pay as you go (£10 a session).

Core Strength & Conditioning
The sessions are aimed at targeting the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen, working on strength, tone and balance.
One of the most important things you can do for your body is to strengthen it’s core. The core muscles support the rest of your body, and having a strong centre can help minimise lower back pain, improve your performance in any sport and enhance your overall well-being. The class runs on Thursday mornings during term time at Yew Tree Holistics, Alderley Edge at 9.15am and you can either block book (£8 a session) or pay as you go (£10 a session).
These kids classes are aimed at 5-11 year olds and combine a mixture of exercises targeting mobility, balance, power & speed. There will be lots of games, controlled boxing coaching, mini competitions and stretching. Most importantly the sessions will be FUN and will teach children respect, discipline, build confidence and to understand the importance of keeping fit and healthy! The blocks run during term time and are £25 for 5 weeks training. Location St Johns Church Rooms, Knutsford Road, Wilmslow. 4-5pm.
