If you’re looking to get fit and healthy, or want to strengthen and condition your body, in a private setting, then Personal training – or one to one training – will be perfect for you.
Each client program is developed around your goals and focuses on what you specifically want to achieve – whether that be weight loss, toning, strengthening, building up to a competition or event, or simply stress busting after a hectic day at work.
Once fitness goals are defined, current fitness levels are examined and then a plan is put together to break down goals in to specific and realistic targets. Gill will help you progress towards each of these goals and monitor your progress on the way, motivating you at each step. She will also give you nutritional guidance, if needed.
Gill trains her clients at her home in Wilmslow and uses a variety of training equipment to get the best results – a mix of free weights and body weight exercises are incorporated in to each session. The setting is quiet and private and each training session is Gill is passionate about making each session varied and fun. Stretching and flexibility are a key ingredient in fitness training and are built in to each program. Gill will ensure that you stretch properly at the end of every session.
