Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage is excellent for both Mum and baby. Pregnant women place a lot of stress on their body as their baby develops and this can lead to aches and pains in the muscles, specifically in the back and legs. When I was pregnant with my two children, I spent a lot of time commuting to work in London – the strain of an hours commute and sitting at my desk for 8 hours slowly took its toll on my body.

Many people understandably are hesistant about treatments during pregnancy for fear of harming their baby. Yet massage from a specially trained therapist is one of the best ways to ensure that your mind and body is tension free throughout your pregnancy. Gill performs this massage with the client laid on her side on the bed, so that i can work on the back, leg and arm on that side before turning her over and repeating the techniques on the other side. The treatment is just over 50 minutes.
