When I was pregnant with my two children, I spent a lot of time commuting to work in London – the strain of an hours commute and sitting at my desk for 8 hours slowly took its toll on my body.

I perform this treatment with the client laid on her side on the bed, so that i can work on the back, leg and arm on that side before turning her over and repeating the techniques on the other side. The treatment is just over 50 minutes.
